摘要: An in vitro model and a highly specific goat IgG antibody to rabbit thymocytes (ATG) were utilized determine whether thymus-dependent (T) lymphocytes participated the anamnestic response. The addition of various amounts keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) lymph node cells, primed vivo with KLH either 6 days or 2 months previously, induced early synthesis DNA RNA, followed by IgM and/or KLH. This response was antigen concentration-dependent: 10 100 µg much less than 1 µg. When ATG present cultures KLH, induction nucleic acid syntheses markedly inhibited. Thus it appears that these antigen-induced are mediated T lymphocytes, collaboration bursal-equivalent (B) is required for Kinetic analysis indicated KLH-induced events, prerequisite response, occurred during 1st day culture. Evidence also obtained involved nonspecific regulation (enhancement) normal globulin relation mechanisms those question how affects discussed.
