摘要: Fruit juices and derived products such as nectars drinks have experienced growing popularity within the last years. Orange waste, apple pomace grape are solid by-products from processing of oranges, apples grapes, respectively. Due to increasing production, their disposal represents a problem since plant material is usually prone microbial spoilage, thus limiting further exploitation. On other hand, costs drying, storage shipment economically factors. Therefore, agro-industrial often utilized feed or fertilizer. The application in bioprocesses offers wide range alternative substrates, helping solve pollution problems related disposal. Attempts been made use orange generate several value-added through transformations enzymatic modifications, enzymes, bioethanol, organic acids, heteropolysaccharides, aroma compounds, protein enriched feeds, prebiotic oligosaccharides biologically active molecules.
