摘要: Abstract The optimization of medium components for the production clavulanic acid by Streptomyces clavuligerus was performed using both factional factorial design and response surface methodology. experiment initially employed this purpose it found that soy meal powder, FeSO 4 ·7H 2 O, ornithine were most important (confidence levels above 85%). Response methodology further investigated. These three composing elements showed significant effects on producing acid. Their optimal concentrations were: powder 38.102 g/l, O 0.395 g/l, 1.177 g/l. yield increased 50% culturing strain S. in nutritionally optimized fermentation medium.
