摘要: The present study evaluates the concentration of potentially toxic elements (PTEs), including Pb, Cd, As, Fe, Zn, Cu, and Ni, in vegetable oils through a meta-analytic approach. published studies relation to concentrations PTEs were retrieved from major international databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Embase followed by meta-analysis. Moreover, health risk assessment was evaluated using total target hazard quotient (TTHQ) Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) model. According results 51 articles included among 958 studies, follows: Cd ≈As (0.110 mg/kg) > Pb (0.086 cottonseed, canola, olive oil Fe (12.964 Zn (1.044 Ni (0.893 Cu (0.264 olive, soybean for trace elementals, respectively. Based on continent type, higher related PAHO (American region) AFRO (African region), observed WPRO (Western Pacific Region), EMRO (Eastern Mediterranean AFRO. On other hand, non-carcinogenic indicated that there different pattern various countries, TTHQ level adult groups lower than 1. It can be concluded consumption is safe does not pose consumers.
