摘要: Nano sized NiFe2O4 has been prepared through Sol-gel auto combustion route by using DL-Alanine as fuel. The phase formation of is investigated XRD and Raman techniques. In the case higher fuel content two molar (2M) in mixture, it noted that as-prepared powders were highly crystalline, exhibited typical peaks corresponding to NiFe2O4.According spectra, sample with 2M better crystallinity than those one (1M) Therefore, preferable prepare single nanoparticles crystallinity. Nickel ferrite (NFO) further spectroscopy order differentiate NFO from other phases like Fe3O4 gamma Fe2O3, which have similar structures therefore patterns. spectra for all samples resemble inverse spinel structure NiFe2O4. It observed different concentration (1M 2M) added solution mixture magnetization. Sample shows magnetization compared 1M due room temperature VSM studies show nano particles exhibit soft ferromagnetic nature high saturation 34.993 emu/g 2 M amount.
