摘要: Publisher Summary The theory and the methods of calculation are considered for inhomogeneous media in connection with problem lenses waveguides a variable refractive index. There is an investigation on some characteristic types discussion their properties peculiarities; it was shown that different waveguide sections can be used as various optical elements. All these results may regarded consequences method constructing given ray paths. Naturally this many other fields and, particular, solves finding new (and elements) index ensures appropriate transformations wavefronts. It evident applicable to cylindrical circular symmetry, any three-dimensional media.
