摘要: Eighty-six patients aged between 18 and 59 years with more than 20% overweight were assigned to one of two slimming diets. The test group had an obligatory basis (388 kcal, 1.6 MJ) a complete formula diet (NUPO®) allowed totally free additional choice food drink up 1000 kcal (4.2 MJ), including sweets alcohol. control conventional isoenergetic excluding all less valuable items (‘empty calories’), but permitted take anorectic drug. All instructed controlled in groups, which saved resources psychological advantages. In both regimens, dietary instruction was conducted within new educational system based on isoenergetic, exchangeable units every-day drink, visualised as illustrated symbols (counters). After 12 weeks, weight loss insignificantly better (8.9 kg) the (7.5 kg). By contrast, latter compliance, evidenced by significantly smaller drop out rate (p < 0.05). Repeated registration energy intake showed that consumption ‘empty calories’ moderate group, amounting ab. 10%, excess primarily due increased foods rich fibre. Complaints side effects negligible groups. counter made easy. We conclude qualitative choice, possible sufficiency basis, is realistic, effective, responsible alternative treatment obesity.
