摘要: Ulva pertusa is a native species to Asia along the western coast of Pacific Ocean, with new occurrence records in eastern Pacific, northwest Atlantic and Mediterranean Sea. However, little known about its population genetic structure. In this study, twelve U. populations from 3 coastal areas China: Qingdao, Yantai Dalian, were applied ISSR analysis. The selected 4 primers amplified 120 polymorphic bands totally. Nei's gene diversity (H) ranged 0.0729 0.1496, Shannon's information index (I) 0.1072 0.2196. Genetic was greater within Qingdao (H = 0.2069, I 0.3232). Analysis molecular variance (AMOVA) showed greatest (68.57%), much less among (22.63%) (8.79%).
