摘要: Abstract Since the Fourth International Symposium on Avian Influenza (AI) there has been considerable AI activity in Eastern Hemisphere. The higher profile of resulting from human infections with H5N1 and H9N2 viruses Hong Kong, 1997 1999, respectively, resulted increased reporting active surveillance. There have three reported incidents high-pathogenicity (HP) AI: H5N2 northeastern Italy (eight outbreaks); Kong recurring 2001 2002; H7N1 413 outbreaks 1999–00. Italian HPAI were preceded by 199 low-pathogenicity (LP) this virus continued to cause some problems after eradication HPAI.
