摘要: Calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate are the main components of biominerals. Among all forms biominerals, amorphous (ACC) (ACP) most important because they play a pivotal role in process biomineralization precursors to crystalline polymorphs. In this work, we first synthesized ACC vitro using adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt (ATP) as stabilizer investigated transformation under microwave hydrothermal conditions, ACC/ACP composite nanospheres carbonated hydroxyapatite (CHA) were successfully prepared. novel strategy, ATP has two functions: it serves for phosphorus source ACP CHA. Most importantly, morphology size precursor can be well-preserved after heating, so provides new method preparation nanostructured materials phosphorus-containing biomolecule-stabilized precursor. Furthermore, as-prepared have excellent biocompatibility high protein adsorption capacity, indicating that promising applications biomedical fields such drug delivery adsorption.
