摘要: Magnesium whitlockite (WH: Ca18Mg2(HPO4)2(PO4)12), as an abundant and biologically important biomineral in living bone, is unfortunately difficult to synthesize. Herein, we report a microwave-assisted rapid synthesis of single-phase WH hollow porous microspheres highly stable amorphous calcium magnesium phosphate (ACMP) by using creatine (CP) biomolecules biocompatible organic phosphorus source. The crystal phase morphology the product can be adjusted Ca/Mg molar ratio initial reaction solution, CP play role product. as-synthesized ACMP have high biocompatibility excellent ability promote adhesion spreading MC-3T3 osteoblasts. Moreover, are efficient at loading release anticancer drug doxorubicin, exhibit slow, sustainable pH-responsive behavior. capacity (753 mg g−1) encapsulation efficiency (more than 94%) render appealing carrier for delivery enhance long-term chemotherapeutic efficacy.
