摘要: Magnesium phosphate (MgP) materials have been investigated in recent years for tissue engineering applications, attributed to their biocompatibility and biodegradability. This paper describes a novel microwave assisted approach produce amorphous magnesium (AMP) nanospherical form from an aqueous solution containing Mg(2+) HPO(4) (2-)/PO(4) (3-). Some synthesis parameters such as pH, Mg/P ratio, composition were studied the mechanism of AMP precursors was also demonstrated. The as-produced nanospheres characterized tested vitro. results proved these can self-assemble into mature MgP support cell proliferation. It is expected has potential biomedical applications.
