摘要: Magnesium phosphate materials have aroused interest of researchers in recent years and are promising for biomedical applications due to their good biocompatibility biodegradability. In this work, we report the microwave-hydrothermal rapid synthesis magnesium pentahydrate nanosheets (MPHSs) using biocompatible creatine as an organic phosphorus source. This method is facile, rapid, surfactant-free environmentally friendly. The as-prepared MPHSs obvious pH-dependent dissolution performance which can be used ideal pH-responsive nanocarrier drug gene delivery. Moreover, a cytocompatibility high ability promote osteoblast MC-3T3 adhesion spreading, well relatively protein adsorption hemoglobin (Hb) model protein. Thus, fields such bone regeneration.
