摘要: The initial and late outcome of coronary angioplasty was studied in 148 patients < 40 years age (mean 36.4 ± 3). Angioplasty performed on a single vessel 70% multiple vessels 30%; it totally occluded 20%. successful 90.5% patients, unsuccessful but uncomplicated 7.4% complicated by myocardial infarction 0.7%, emergency bypass surgery 0.7% death 0.7%. At 3.7 3 years; range 0.5 to 11.5) follow-up study after angioplasty, 94% were alive, 79% free angina 85% had returned work; occurred 4%. Actuarial survival at 5 95%, from death, or surgery. A second 29 (22%) 6.1 8.4 months) 27 (93%), with no deaths. Elective 8.5% perioperative 9% deaths. By univariate analysis, more likely occur hypertensive (15% versus 2.5%; p 0.01) diabetic (21.4% 3.6%; 0.01). Cox proportional hazard regression analysis identified hypertension (p = 0.007) diabetes 0.04) as independent time-related predictors subsequent death. Thus, early results young adults are favorable, certain risk factors important outcome. Late revascularization procedures (repeat surgery) for restenosis disease progression common.
