摘要: Five Canadian hard red spring wheat cultivars were grown at three levels of nitrogen fertility achieved by application N fertilizer (ammonium nitrate 34–0–0) 0, 56, and 224 kg/ha. The 56 kg/ha increased yield substantially for each cultivar, but the 224 kg/ha did not result in further increase. Nitrogen affect average heights appeared to cause a reduction test weight 1000-kemel weight. Grain cultivar level application. Flour yields all affected protein content. Mixograph development time decreased flour-water absorption as content increased. Neepawa demonstrated definite trend towards lowere extensigraph area with increasing Park exhibited no trend, while other (Pembina, Marquis, Glenlea) an increase mixograph...
