Effectiveness of Interactive and Traditional Training Methods

摘要: Computer multimedia was compared with traditional approach of training sugarcane growers in ratoon management practices three villages Tamil Nadu state, India using pre-test post-test control group experimental design. This article also addresses issues such as perception farmers about the two media instruction, suggested improvements and overall impact rate adoption. A CD-ROM developed a resource to support process. Farmers II who received instructions through lecture followed by computer had maximum gain knowledge (29.10%). The learning index high (48.65) 37.55 I (multimedia alone) 31.48 III (traditional alone). ‘Z’ test indicated that mean difference highly significant all groups. perceived use different building blocks made it an interesting educative tool. Traditional considered be boring monotonous limited attention span. study is attempt for understanding feasibility based transfer technology rural villages.
