摘要: We analyze in-band thermal noise in continuous-time delta sigma modulators (CTDSMs) with Switched-Capacitor feedback DACs. show that such modulators, from around multiples of the sampling frequency aliases to frequencies. give an intuitive understanding this phenomenon and describe a model can be used modulators. present results obtained using state space analysis. Our compare well those circuit simulator.
