摘要: Polycrystalline samples of YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-//sub delta/ with a variety surface treatments show differences in absolute reflectance and width phonon lines. Samples that are not polished measured immediately after annealing have largely grains the c axis normal to surface. Such oriented gaplike depression conductivity far infrared sets below superconducting transition temperature but no true gap. Phonon lines at 195 cm/sup -1/ 155 narrow state, analogy effect electron-phonon interaction Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer superconductors. In state background is Drudelike plasma frequency 0.75 eV relaxation rate 200 -1/. The extrapolated far-infrared agrees dc conductivity.
