摘要: Dendritic cells (DC) are potent antigen-presenting that critical in the initiation of immune responses to control and/or eliminate viral infections. Recent studies have investigated effects virus infection on biology DC. This review summarizes these changes, focusing both DC parameters affected and factors involved. In addition, central role pathogenesis several families, including herpesviruses, paramyxoviruses retroviruses, is explored. The field pathogen recognition by addressed, its protecting host from infection, as well ability viruses exploit such receptor ligation signalling their replicative advantage. hypothesis proposed evolved a symbiotic relationship ensure transmission survival.
