摘要: We studied the effect of non-thermal argon plasma on proliferative activity bone marrow multipotent stromal cells in vitro. Treatment cell suspension with pure did not affect their proliferation. The treated and explanted treatment medium demonstrated growth inhibition by 30-40% comparison control. Multipotent after centrifugation normal within 12 min accelerated growth. total from pellet supernatant significantly exceeded control values. also analyzed adhesion bioresorbable carriers. adhered proliferated all types samples. Adhesion properties scaffolds differed. Caprolactone was found to be most suitable material for proliferation cells.
