摘要: Abstract A transparent, rigid amorphous silica (SiO 2 )-anatase phase titania (TiO ) multilayer coating was fabricated on KCaZnSi glass substrate (i.e. slide for optical microscope use). The and layers were successively in that order by the hydrolysis of Si-tetraethoxide ethanol Ti-tetraethoxide iso-propanol, respectively, at 20 °C annealing air 350 after each cycle. X-ray diffraction profiles showed upperlayer successfully transformed to polycrystalline anatase samples where thickness underlayer d s 230 nm and/or t 99 no crystallization occurred 115 55 nm, respectively. No amorphous-anatase transformation when not prepared nor it used as-deposited. This indicated hindered migration elements diffused from substrate. =115 less effective as a barrier these but still sufficient thicker upperlayer, i.e. =99 fabricated. Ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectroscopy efficient filtering UV light nm. absorption edge determined be λ =318 while loss visible than 12% per over range 480–850
