摘要: We evaluated the role of tissue inhibitors metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in patients with diabetic nephropathy by comparing serum and urine TIMP-1 levels those renal biopsy specimens. A total 35 were divided into four groups, D0, DI, DII DIII-IV, according to severity diffuse glomerular lesions using Gellman's criteria. Using 24-hour specimens, was measured a sandwich enzyme immunoassay. Serum urinary showed significant increases association progress lesions. There no correlation between creatinine, creatinine clearance, beta 2-microglobulin, NAG, HbA1c, or TIMP-1. albumin, NAG. conclude that has potential regulation matrix accumulation nephropathy.
