摘要: Selection signatures are genomic regions harboring DNA sequences functionally involved in the genetic variation of traits subject to selection. have been intensively studied recent years because their relevance evolutionary biology and potential association with genes that control phenotypes interest wild domestic populations. signature research fish has confined a smaller scale, due part relatively domestication species limited resources such as molecular markers, mapping, sequences, reference genomes. However, technology advances paving way for more studies may contribute knowledge underlying biological productive fish.
