Self-Assembled Growth of Spinel (Fe,Zn)$_{3}$O$_{4}$–Perovskite BiFeO$_{3}$ Nanocomposite Structures Using Pulsed Laser Deposition

摘要: Nanocomposite thin films consisting of spinel-type magnetic semiconductor (Fe,Zn)3O4 and perovskite-type ferroelectric BiFeO3 were prepared by a self-assembled growth method from composition-adjusted Fe–Zn–Bi–O single target using pulsed laser deposition technique. It is found that square patterns reflecting the in-plane lattice shape SrTiO3 substrate are grown directly interface with inverse pyramid shapes embedded in matrix absence other phases. This should be convenient to fabricate lot nano-heterojunctions complicated oxide structures, which applicable spintronic materials.
