摘要: Abstract Purpose NASCET and ECST systems to quantify carotid artery stenosis use percent diameter ratios from conventional angiography. With the of Multi-Detector-Row CT scanners it is possible easily measure plaque area residual lumen in order calculate degree. Our purpose was compare techniques measurement degree by using MDCTA. Methods material From February 2007 October 2007, 83 non-consecutive patients (68 males; 15 females) were studied CT. Each patient assessed two experienced radiologists for both methods. Statistic analysis performed determine entity correlation (method Pearson) between ECST. The Cohen kappa test Bland–Altman applied assess level inter- intra-observer agreement. Results Pearson coefficient 0.962 ( p statistic 0.844 0.825. Intra-observer agreement evaluation 0.871 0.836. Inter-observer ECTS 0.822 0.834, respectively. Agreement plots showed a good intra-\inter-observer an optimal Conclusions our study suggest that methods show strength according quadratic regression. results high
