摘要: Several different immunopathological mechanisms have been suggested to be involved in the destruction of myelin inflammatory demyelinating diseases. They include oligodendrocytes by virus infection1 as well immune mediated damage macrophage products2, specific antibodies3 or T-lymphocytes4. To evaluate validity these concepts it is critical importance determine fate within lesions5,6,7,8. This, however, was difficult and inconclusive because lack sensitive markers that allow identification demyelinated plaques. Recently, new techniques became available address this question, which applied present study.
