摘要: In a light and electron microscopic immunocytochemical study we have examined the distribution of myelin basic protein (MBP), 2',3'-cyclic nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase (CNP), myelin/oligodendroglial glycoprotein (MOG) within CNS sheaths oligodendrocytes adult Sprague-Dawley rats. Ultrastructural immunocytochemistry allowed quantitative analysis antigen density in different oligodendrocyte zones: MBP was detectable high over whole sheath, but not regions loops, somata, or plasma membrane. CNP reactivity highest at myelin/axon interface, found lower concentration outer lamellae sheaths, cytoplasmic face membranes, throughout compact myelin. MOG preferentially detected extracellular surface only low amounts compacted border zone. Our studies, thus, indicate further presence molecular domains myelin, which may be functionally relevant for integrity maintenance sheath.
