摘要: A method for in situ hybridization of digoxigenin-labeled cDNA and cRNA probes to myelin protein mRNA is described. This technique has dual advantages high structural resolution sensitivity avoids problems associated with handling radioactive materials. Furthermore, it can be readily combined double labeling immunocytochemical detection. We have used this detect locate basic (MBP), proteolipid (PLP), 2′,3′-cyclic nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase (CNPase) myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) oligodendrocytes 7-day-old adult rat brains. PLP MAG were restricted the perinuclear cytoplasm, whereas MBP CNPase was additionally present peripheral oligodendrocyte processes.
