摘要: The purpose of our study was to investigate the possible influence local injections botulinum toxin A on activity neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in cephalic salivary glands adult rats. role (NO) as a neuromodulator vascular regulation and particular secretion upper respiratory aerodigestive tract is discussed. We present immunohistochemical evidence nNOS female Wistar rats, both native (untreated) after intraglandular injection under general anesthesia. Other than untreated glands, there significant decrease treated organs which became stronger with extended exposure time. After laboratory had already shown acetylcholinesterase immunoreactivity into rat, discusses participation NO from these organs. As conclusion, it might be assumed that rat able explain sometimes longer duration effect at neuroglandular junction motor endplate.
