摘要: Introduction and objective: Oropharyngeal candidiasis is a relatively common mycotic infection in cancer patients. In vitro susceptibility of oropharyngeal Candida isolates can be useful selecting the appropriate treatment for best therapeutic outcome. The aim this study was to evaluate antifungal activity species against agents. Material methods: activities four antifungals were detected 69 recovered from patients university hospitals using microdilution method described CLSI M27-A3 guideline. Result: Only 12(17.4%) isolate resistant Three (4.4% included C. albicans, glabrata, tropicalis, pelliculosa) amphotericin B, 5(7.2% two one kefyr) itraconazole resistant. Two (2.9% include albicans glabrata) fluconazole Caspofungin resistance infanticola strains which reported as clinical first time. All (n=69) taken together gave minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC90) value fluconazole, caspofungin 1, 0.25, 32 0.25μg/ml, respectively. total, 18.7% glabrata 7.8% fully both fluconazole. Conclusion: had non- isolates, particularly those with reduced
