摘要: The present study demonstrates a relationship between angiogenic oligosaccharides of hyaluronan (HA) and the production collagens during process angiogenesis in vivo vitro. addition HA to chorioallantoic membrane chick embryo induced deposition collagen fibrils. treatment sub-confluent cultures bovine aortic endothelial cells with same (1 microgram/ml) increased uptake [3H]proline by approximately 60%. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis treated demonstrated enhanced synthesis type I VIII collagens. was confirmed western blotting immunocytochemistry using antibodies sheep collagen. Type is short chain that has high degree homology cartilage-specific X biological functions are unknown. We have suggested two play role angiogenesis.
