摘要: Objective: Our aim was to document the presence or significance of circadian uterine activity rhythms in pregnant women who delivered at term and preterm. Study Design: We measured 19 divided into a control group (low risk for preterm labor, delivery, n = 7), high delivery ( 6), 6). Patients were hospitalized 24 hours every 2 weeks from 26 weeks' gestation until delivery. Uterine continuously by external tocodynamometer. Results: delivering demonstrated nocturnal surge (4 7 AM) last 80 days before >0.05, analysis variance). Conclusion: surges normally precede These are lost deliver prematurely.
