摘要: Chromosome aberrations were determined in short-term cultures of 18 papillary renal cell tumors, as well the line ACHN, and results evaluated together with 20 previously published cases. We found that chromosomes 7, 17, 16 Y chromosome specifically involved karyotype changes this tumor type. A combination tri- or tetrasomy 7 trisomy only autosomal changes, marks benign adenomas (ten cases). Malignant carcinomas (29 cases) characterized by additional trisomies: occurred 12 8 tumors each. Loss was observed 9 23 25 malignant developed males. None showed a loss 3p gain 5q segment, both which are characteristic common non-papillary carcinomas.
