摘要: The concept of metanephric adenoma has become established in recent years. Metanephric is a rare neoplasm. Macroscopically, the cut surface tumor displays tan to gray or yellow color, and tumors generally form well-circumscribed masses. Histologically, are composed small epithelial cells that acini. Glomeruloid bodies, which lobulated papillary projections, occasionally seen. Although there have been few studies using chromosomal analysis, two shown partial monosomy LOH 2p. On other hand, recently broadened. These include adenomas, adenofibromas stromal tumors, they compose continuous histological spectrum. Therefore, further on various aspects needed identify gene responsible for occurrence and, furthermore, clarify association among three types tumors.
