摘要: A novel red–green dual color fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on smartphone has been proposed. Instead of using narrowband filters or diffraction gratings to get spectral data as those smartphone-based SPR sensors reported so far, we propose utilize the inherent selectivity phone cameras monitor red and green channels simultaneously, which can reduce chance false detection improve sensitivity. An Ag/Au bilayer structure was employed in order perform at central region visible spectrum aqueous environment Experimental results show that it a quadratic response refractive index (RI) range 1.325–1.344 ( $R^{2}=0.992$ ) linear RI 1.325–1.330, with sensitivity 18.59/RIU resolution $5.3\times 10^{-4}$ RIU. This great potential point-of-care point-of-need platforms for healthcare, food safety, environmental monitoring, especially remote rural areas.
