Early diagnosis and medical advances have significantly improved treatment outcomes, which has resulted higher survival rates management late side effects become increasingly important caring for these patients. Dental abnormalities are commonly observed as antineoplastic therapy oral cavity. The incidence severity dental depend on child's age at type chemotherapeutic agent used, well irradiation dose area. duration aggressivity should also be considered.
