摘要: Metastasis tumor-associated protein 2 (MTA2) is a member of the MTA family that closely associated with tumor progression and metastasis. However, role MTA2 in glioma cells remains unclear. The expression was measured using immunohistochemistry western blotting human brain tissue array cell lines. impact knockdown on GBM8401 Hs683 growth evaluated by MTT assay flow cytometry. Cell migration invasion were analyzed cell-migration Matrigel assay. In addition, we used subcutaneous models to study effect vivo. We found mRNA are higher than other (M059 J, M059 K U-87 MG), correlated significantly grade (P < 0.001). Knockdown inhibited growth, invasion, induced G0/G1 phase arrest vitro. Moreover, vivo studies xenografts mice indicate tumorigenicity. These results plays an important oncogenic development gliomas.
