摘要: An essentially aromatic alkali soluble novolak resin comprising the product resulting from acid condensation of an aldehyde and a phenol where has molecular weight in excess 1500 glass transition temperature 125° C. If desired, may be blended with conventional to regulate resin. The blends formed therefrom are especially suitable as coating resins useful for formation photoresist compositions.
