摘要: Liver metastases from adrenocortical carcinoma are very rare and no clear indications for surgery exist. The aim of the present work was to define surgical these neoplasms. All patients submitted hepatic resection liver adrenal reported in literature (PubMed source) 1978 2005 were considered study. Forty-eight found period study, but it only possible obtain certain data nine (18.7%). investigated suggest that metachronous metastases, developed after a minimum 1 year primary tumor, completely removable, may represent an indication – although this still needs be proved.
