摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein automatisierbares Verfahren zur verbesserten Diagnose von Krebs und seinen Vorstufen in Gebarmutterhalsabstrichen durch die simultane Anfarbung Detektion mindestens zwei verschiedenen molekularen Markern, krankheits-assoziiert eine veranderte Genexpression aufweisen, einer Zelle Verwendung Antikorpern oder auch Nukleinsaure-Sonden. The present invention relates to an automatable method for improved diagnosis of cancer and its precursors cervical smears by simultaneous staining detection at least two different molecular markers, the disease-associated have altered gene expression a cell use antibodies or nucleic acid probes.
