Electrical spin injection in multiwall carbon nanotubes with transparent ferromagnetic contacts

摘要: We report on electrical spin injection measurements multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs). use a ferromagnetic alloy Pd 1 − x Ni with ≈ 0.7 which allows us to obtain devices resistances as low 5.6 k Ω at 300 K. The yield of device below 100 , K, is around 50%. measure 2 K hysteretic magneto-resistance due the magnetization reversal leads. relative difference between resistance in antiparallel ( A P ) orientation and parallel about 2%.
