摘要: The implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) objectives within companies is often managed by a CSR leader or small team leaders. effectiveness these leaders depends to large extent on their competencies. Previous studies have identified the competencies professionals need, yet it remains unclear how can be developed. Therefore, aim this survey study was reveal develop and explore which learning activities (N = 176) engage in. results showed that informal center with from peers outside company are particularly emphasized. In addition, examines whether dimensions companies’ climates (i.e., facilitating, awarding, error-avoiding climates) leaders’ goal orientation (LGO) affect competence We found significant interaction effects between climate dimensions. Furthermore, we an even stronger positive connection LGO competence, highlighting importance attracting strong for driving process. Moreover, supportive further stimulates engagement in continuous learning, necessary coping complexities associated implementing CSR.
