摘要: The modeling of photovoltaic cells is an essential step in the analysis performances and characterization PV systems. This paper proposes experimental study dependence five parameters one-diode model on atmospheric conditions, i.e., irradiance temperature case thin-film solar cells. extraction was performed starting from two sets data obtained Cu(In,Ga)Se2 fabricated by low-temperature pulsed electron deposition technique. A reduced form approach has been adopted, leading to accurate identification cell. It possible elaborate suitable relations describing behavior as functions environmental conditions. allowed accurately predicting trends a pair curves, instead whole set measurements. developed validated means large measurements several (CIGS) devices built with same technological process.
