摘要: Antigen-specific tolerance of T cells to minor lymphocyte stimulatory (Mls) antigens can be induced in mice by neonatal injection foreign lymphohematopoietic cells. Although immune responses Mlsa are controlled B cells, CD8+ were the most effective cell type for induction tolerance. Tolerance was evident both thymus and lymph nodes could as few 2 x 10(4) cells; these 50 100 times potent CD4+ or causing functional deletion V beta 6+ Thus, intrathymic contact with expressed on may play an important role controlling normal development
