摘要: Unwanted pregnancy is a global reproductive health problem. Emergency contraception defined as the use of drug or device after unprotected underprotected intercourse to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. 1.5 mg levonorgestrel single dose in two doses with 12 h apart taken within 72 current gold standard emergency regimen. This method only effective if used soon possible sexual and before ovulation. A 30 ulipristal acetate, novel selective progesterone receptor modulator, has recently been proposed for up 120 similar side effect profiles levonorgestrel. Ulipristal acetate could possibly when administered advanced follicular phase, even luteinizing hormone levels have already begun rise, time no longer inhibiting
