摘要: Mutagenesis screens in zebrafish have uncovered several hundred mutant alleles affecting the development of retina and established as one leading models vertebrate eye development. In addition to forward genetic mutagenesis approaches, gene function embryo is being studied using reverse techniques. Some these rely on overexpression a product, others take advantage antisense oligonucleotides block selected loci. Here we describe methods context developing eye.
