摘要: Characterizing the synchronous changes of epileptic seizures in different stages between regions is profound to understand transmission pathways brain network and epileptogenic foci. There currently no adequate quantitative calculation method for describing propagation electroencephalogram (EEG) signals from short long term. The goal this study explore innovative locate foci, mapping synchronization networks based on EEG. Mutual information was used analyze short-term full electrodes; while nonlinear dynamics quantifies statistical independencies –term among all electrodes. Then graph theory complex employed construct a dynamic epilepsy patients when they were awake, asleep seizure, analyzing changing topology indexes. Epileptic achieved high degree compared awake time. main path epileptiform activity revealed by searching core nodes. nodes connection with onset zone. Seizures always happened distribution. This indicated EEG seizures, could foci accurately some patients.
