摘要: Systems that exhibit flexible dynamics are susceptible to vibration caused by changes in the reference command and from external disturbances. Feedback control is an obvious choice deal with these vibrations, but many cases, it insufficient or difficult implement. Input shaping does not excited disturbances; however has proven beneficial for reducing command. On other hand, absorbers have long been used decrease sources, particularly sinusoidal Vibration can also be designed reduce a known trajectory move, such as step motion. To improve overall performance, absorber input scheme disturbances both sources. The usefulness of this combined approach demonstrated through experimental tests on linear motor driven stage.
