摘要: Abstract: Lipase from Candida rugosa was immobilized onto the modified Eupergit ® C. The support treated with ethylenediamine and subsequently activated glutaraldehyde. Enzyme immobilization efficiency 85%. optimum pH close to 6.5 for both free lipase. Immobilized lipase retained its maximum activity in a temperature range of 55 – 60°C. Subsequently, ethyl butyrate synthesis investigated using enzyme by esterification butyric acid ethanol solvent-free conditions (23% product yield) hexane as solvent (65% yield). acid-alcohol molar ratio different amounts were tested efficient reaction parameters. biocatalyst maintained 60% when reused 8 successive batch reactions organic solvent. Therefore, has demonstrated potential practical applications such short-chain ester food industry. Keywords: lipase, immobilization,
