摘要: Blood coagulation tests were performed on admission to the hospital and consecutive days after severe moderate head injury in 34 patients. Platelet counts fibrinogen normal at raised thereafter. The partial thromboplastin time was shortened lengthened following days. Fibrinolytic activity enhanced admission. ethanol gelation test negative all patients during post-traumatic course. It concluded that, first 24 hours injury, activated present injury. In contrast with data of other authors, disseminated intravascular did not occur these series.
